Dale Carnegie is another wonderful resource when it comes to the basics of business and relationships. My grandmother took a course in Dale Carnegie’s How to Win Friends & Influence People many years ago and gifted her copy of the book to me when I was just ten years old. The book is yellowing from age but it is still so very treasured.
